If you are interested, the 2015/16 annual membership fees were set and agreed upon as per the TCRI motion carried at the 2015 TCRI AGM and as confirmed as proof of the proceedings described in those minutes at the 2016 TCRI AGM.

Affiliation Fees 2015/216
Affiliation fees for 2015/2016 have been circulated. This year there will be no building levy charged. Levies for the year are set at: Senior Members $26.71; Juniors 12-18 years $18.35; Juniors 11 & under $15.29.

Motion from the Board: That levies as detailed above be adopted.

I therefore re-calculated the Burnside Park Tennis Club Incorporated 2015/16 membership fees and TCRI were advised in December 2016 of the amount overpaid together with the following explanation.

The TNZ membership fees (if any) are payable by the Regional Centres and Affiliates as per s. 15.6.e. of the TNZ Constitution. It is TCRI’s responsibility to collect all membership fees including TNZ membership fees from it’s member clubs, and this is required to be determined annually under s. 11.1.a. of the TCRI constitution. TCRI has determined the annual fee payable by the clubs for the 2015/16 period as recorded in the AGM minutes which have since been confirmed. BPTC has therefore overpaid their required annual membership fee, as per the calculations provided.
