Hi Ashley,

Thank you for you call this morning as I always enjoy our conversations.

Guy is doing his board presentation at BPTC on Thursday 13th April 2017.

As i said I believe the board is now promoting a 7 banded model based on 125 “club members” per band and $2,000.00 per band.

On this basis a club with 130 “club members” and a club with 240 “club members” will both pay $4,000.00 due to being in the same band.

Club 130 is paying $30.77 per individual “club member” while Club 240 is only paying $16.67 per individual “club member”.

Under the current individual per head model the same $8,000 divided by 370 “club members” is $21.62 per individual ‘club member”.

I believe the board only wants the “members” to consider their own self interest and not to consider the impact on other “members” or on the sport in general.

In contrast BPTC believe that if TCRI now acknowledges what BPTC said at the 2016 AGM i.e. that TCRI can afford a reduction in the total income received from “members”, then it should be achieved in a fair and equitable manner like as promoted at www.tenniscan.com and by BPTC with their 2016/17 amended membership fee motion.

Thank you for giving this subject your thoughtful consideration.

You are most welcome to share this email with who ever you wish.

Kind regards
Bruce
